Hi! We’re Benjamin and Lexi Benomar, founders of Benomar Properties, and we’re proud to now have Matt Norris as a full-time partner on our team.

We started Benomar Properties in 2019 after realizing the years of real estate investing experience we had gained could be turned into something much bigger — a team built to help others create freedom and wealth through real estate.

What began as helping friends buy their next home while hunting for our own next deal quickly grew into a passion for redefining what it means to be a modern real estate team. Today, with Matt’s experience and expertise alongside ours, we help clients move confidently whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.

Meet The Team

Benjamin Benomar

Benjamin was born in Paris, France, and moved to Florida when his family pursued a business opportunity in the United States. After graduating as Valedictorian and earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, he built a successful career in IT consulting for Fortune 500 companies before discovering his true calling in real estate.

In 2017, Benjamin purchased his first investment properties, sparking a passion that led him and his wife Lexi to launch Benomar Properties. Since then, they’ve helped more than 200 families achieve their goals through smart investing and personalized guidance. His expertise spans house hacking, property management, renovations, and real estate consulting.

Today, Benjamin is a multi-million-dollar investor and Managing Broker of Motto Realty in Atlanta, where he’s building a modern, agent-focused brokerage centered on growth and collaboration. A member of GoBundance, he believes in living fully—balancing business with travel, fitness, and family while continuing to pursue freedom, growth, and adventure.

Lexi Benomar

Lexi was born in Toronto, Canada, and grew up in a harborfront town on Lake Ontario. She moved to the United States to attend the University of Georgia, earning a degree in Advertising with a minor in Fashion Merchandising.

Her early work at a Buckhead commercial real estate PR firm built her foundation in marketing, design, and client service. When she and her husband Benjamin launched Benomar Properties, Lexi became the creative force and lead Realtor, growing the brand from scratch and helping hundreds of families achieve their real estate goals.

Now as Co-Founder and Vice President of Motto Realty, Lexi leads branding and marketing while continuing to serve clients as a top-producing Realtor. Known for her eye for design and commitment to client care, she has become a trusted name in Atlanta’s luxury market.

Outside of work, Lexi and Benjamin spend part of each year traveling, finding inspiration in new places and cultures. Grounded by family and driven by purpose, Lexi continues to build a brokerage where agents and clients feel at home.

Matt Norris

A local to the Greater Atlanta area, Matt was born in Gainesville, GA. At an early age, he learned that he has a passion for people. He is a leader in providing service to all of those he works with, building from his past experience through 15+ years in the restaurant and wedding industries. Above all, he understands the importance of the customer experience and personalizing each relationship he builds with clients. The emotions of each deal speak to Matt and he confidently knows he can build trust and rapport with just about anyone he meets.

Matt now lives on Atlanta’s Westside and sees firsthand the rapid growth of the city’s Beltline pockets. His favorite pastimes include adventuring through the city and spending time with his dogs, Penny and Hudson. Matt’s heart for service thrives on helping his clients achieve and exceed their real estate goals.

Karen Fontanilla

Karen brings over five years of real estate experience, supporting Benomar Properties’ clients and team with precision and care. She manages every step of the transaction process, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless experience from contract to close.

Virtually based in Manila, Philippines, Karen is the organizational backbone of the team—balancing efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine warmth in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys beach vacations and spending time with her family and kids.
